Your satisfaction is our priority at Renov'trott. We want you to be completely happy with your specialized bicycle tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a flexible 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at support@renovtrott.com or call us at +33 7 52 69 38 99 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00 am - 07:00 pm).
Please include the following information in your request:
Your Order Number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping the Return
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, or PayPal) within a certain amount of days, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Since the original shipping cost to you was free, this amount will not be deducted from your refund. You will receive a full refund for the price of the product(s) returned.
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged tool, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us immediately at support@renovtrott.com so we can arrange a replacement and cover the necessary shipping costs.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
