1. What does the status "Order Processed" or "Awaiting Pickup" mean?

This means our team in Laval has received and prepared your order. The package is ready, labeled, and awaiting collection by our shipping carrier. Once the carrier scans the package, the status will update to "In Transit." This stage takes place within our initial processing time of 1 to 3 business days..

2. My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Do not worry! It typically takes 24 to 48 hours (business days) after your order has shipped for the carrier's tracking systems to update. If your tracking number still shows no information after 48 hours, please contact us at support@renovtrott.com, and we will manually check the status for you

3. The tracking shows the package has been in transit for several days. Is this normal?

Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder, for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, complete the form below.
