Do you accept international orders?
No. Currently, Renov'trott only ships to France.
How long does it take to process my order?

Our exclusive shipping method is called "Free Shipping".

All shipping costs within France are totally free for the customer.
What is the total delivery time?
The total delivery time is the sum of processing time (1β3 business days) and transit time (5β9 business days), resulting in an estimated total of 6 to 12 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details for the "Free Shipping" method.
